• Free Shipping (Orders over £50):

  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Plain Midis Store purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be as graceful and straightforward as our designs.

Return Policy Overview

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

• Gift & Home items (due to hygiene reasons)
• Hair Accessories and Gloves (for hygiene and intimate wear reasons)
• Any items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our style advisors will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number along with instructions.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) and include:

• The original packing slip
• The Return Authorization Number clearly visible

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after shipping):

• Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after return approval. Standard shipping fees apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions), please note:

• Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable
• Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
• International returns may take longer to process

Damaged or Defective Items
